Chapter 68 Preview and Remarks on the Bookshelf

The 21st is Monday, and this book will be on the bookshelf at 12 noon. So the update was originally scheduled for 0:05 on the 21st, but I postponed it to 12:05 on the same day. I updated two chapters, which added up to more than 6,000 words, which is considered a burst of updates for me.

Many readers are old friends, so I won’t say anything sensational. I will mainly talk about my actual situation and the update plan after the bookshelf.

My main problem is that my health is not very good. I have sleep apnea syndrome, which means that my breathing stops when I sleep at night, and I wake up due to lack of oxygen. This problem causes my sleep quality to be very poor. My brain is not in the best condition when I wake up during the day, and my blood oxygen concentration is very low. I can only sleep well three or four days a month.

So I have a hard time typing during the day, and I have always wanted to write the book as well as possible within my ability, so 4,000 words a day is my limit. Generally, my writing condition is that I will feel numb and unclear after writing for a while, so I also bought an oxygen concentrator at home. I have to breathe oxygen frequently when writing, so no kidding, I really write for you while breathing oxygen.

This leads to the fact that, even if I write 4,000 words a day now, I am not satisfied with what I write, because if I can sleep well every day, I know I can write more exciting, and what I write now is not my normal level.

Regarding this problem, I plan to buy a ventilator to wear when sleeping in the near future to see if it can be gradually improved. If it can, this book should be written better, and maybe there will be more.

So after it is put on the shelves, I will still update 4,000 words a day. If the plot is coherent and difficult to divide, it will be a two-in-one chapter of 4,000 words (but it will definitely be more than 4,000), updated at 0:05 every day. If the plot can be separated, I can also break a chapter to make you hate it, that is, the first update is at 0:05, and the second update is at 8 o'clock in the morning, so you can read two chapters after waking up.

Then I couldn't help but sigh. When I wrote The Demons of the Heart, I said I wanted to be famous and go down in history. Looking back now, it seems a bit arrogant. At that time, I was in good health and spirit, and everything was so beautiful. I dared to dream.

However, over the years, I have made some progress. I joined the provincial and municipal writers' associations, have more readers, and got married. I feel that although I am not as powerful as when I wrote The Demons of the Heart, I have also walked an uphill road in my life.

My only regret is that I am not satisfied with all my works now. This kind of dissatisfaction is not "I have done my best but there are still flaws", but I feel that I have not brought out my best level. There were too many difficulties in the past few years, one after another, and now the troubles are over, so I hope that when I write this book, I can do my best in every chapter and every plot, and write a complete work that I feel will not leave too many regrets.

Anyway, it is unlikely that I will update the book again. All I can do is to update the book continuously or take less leave in the future, and try to write the book steadily. Accompany is the most lasting confession. Let's accompany each other. Good days are coming!

I also want to thank editor Beihe. If it weren't for him, you might not see me or this book. So I want to advertise. If you also want to write and contribute, please find him. He is a very good person.

Friends who support the book, please move your hands to make money. Give me a first order after 12 o'clock on the 21st, so that you can support it with more peace of mind.

And what else do I have to say? It is that dates and bananas are very delicious when eaten together. You can try it.
