Watch the Team's Body Swap, Think About the Plot, and Take a Day Off

I am watching the body-swapping episodes of different teams, and I found that most of the plots that involve body-swapping allow certain characters to grow and sublimate their personalities.

I also want to try to write like this, and then take into account the fun after changing body, so I take a day off (end of this chapter)
