I don't know if it's the sequelae of the new crown, or the lack of exercise and weight gain.

During this period of time, as long as the work and rest are irregular, staying up late and sleeping for a few days, there will be inexplicable palpitations, feeling that my heart is beating very fast, and I feel panicked.

And the strangest thing is that during the day, nothing happens. At night, when people calm down and think about things, or lie in bed and sleep, panic attacks come. There will be a feeling of rapid heartbeat and panic. , but the pulse rate is normal again, beating 7/80 times a minute.

An author friend I know had similar symptoms to me. He went to the hospital for an examination, and his heartbeat was normal. The doctor said that it was not a heart problem, but some kind of autonomic nerve disorder. Let him rest more and exercise to lose weight.

I'm not sure if I have the same symptoms as him, but considering my living conditions, work and rest, and weight gain during this period, I guess it should be caused by personal life reasons.
